Our trading plan only allows us to trade Strategy #4. We will take the trade off the 120m. Below is the 120m chart provided by eSignal.
We evaluated both breakout and pull back trades. Due to money management, a breakout trade would not be good due to the major pivot resistance in the past. Therefore, we setup for a pull back trade since we had a IMTF™ black square support in the setup zone. The entry, initial stop, and preserve mode are shown on the chart.
The entry was triggered a couple bars later. Upon entry, it was noticed that the black square support was no longer there. Therefore, the trade was exited. The pull back took too long that the multiple time frame support disappeared. People think about price only but the IMTF™ incorporated time and price.
