Ichimoku Stocks: How do you find opportunities in a major bearish day?

How do you find opportunities in a major bearish day?   If you think about it, you should be able to able to answer the question yourself.    During a major down day, if someone portofolio “held its ground” then you know the instruments in the portofolio are very strong.   
Therefore, we if analyze the ETF for all the sectors and find out how bearish they were today, we possible can find out what sectors are still strong in a major bearish day.   
Below is a ThinkOrSwim “snapshot” of ETF in descending order by percentage move for today.   A lot of them are actually UltraShort ETF so they don’t really count because they are really bearish opportunities.   Of course, they would be up drastically since the market “tanked”.   We need to find the ETF that were strong today OUTSIDE the ultra-short ETF.    Once you find these sectors, you can find the top three instruments in these sectors and perform technical analysis on them for some bullish opportunities.
