Right now, the market is in consolidation mode. There is no indication of a trend either it be a bullish or bearish. Therefore, we are not trading any of the Indexes or the futures related to the market. Also, since we don’t know the market direction, it is hard to place a lot of trades on the equity side. When the market is trending and the equities we trade based on seasonal patterns are in the direction of the market direction trend, this gives us a higher probability of success.
Everyone seems to be waiting for the Job report tomorrow morning. Hopefully some trend will develop tomorrow morning. Until then, we will be PATIENT and not trade.
